Health Screenings and Health Risk Assessment Survey
A broader awareness of both individual and group health status starts here. Knowledge is power – often it is the timely information derived from a health screening that drives health behavior change. The health screening is the starting point of any effective workplace wellness program.
For the employer, aggregate values received after the screening will indicate significant group risk values and highlight improvement opportunities. These metrics become important factors in designing your overall wellness program and act as a gauge to the effectiveness of your wellness interventions.
For the health screening participant, immediate feedback will be provided at the screening by way of a customized report clearly communicating potential health risk factors as well as highlighting positive health attributes. For many, just knowing there is a significant potential health risk is enough to motivate behavior change.
