The health of our society continues to decline. Rates of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer remain at or near all-time highs. Though these conditions continue to plague our society, the decades-old debate about what is driving them has long been settled. We are over-fed, yet undernourished. It’s not about our environment or our genetics, but it is lifestyle which is the most influential factor with respect to the poor health outcomes observed in our society.
With this knowledge comes great power, as the same factor that has contributed to the detriment of our health can now be the leading factor in helping each of us work toward abundant health and wellness. We all have the ability to lead a healthier life - to move a little more, eat a little healthier and begin to CHOOSE a different path. Every. Single. Day. We get to choose.
